Drinking isn’t a great option unless you know someone who knows someone else so this one depends mostly on yourself and the other people involved.

As a leader, you need to make sure you set appropriate deadlines, manage workloads, and create clear milestones and goals. But don’t forget about taking breaks!
You should never be in a constant state of flow with no break. It creates burnout and apathy which are both very detrimental to productivity and employee morale.
Give yourself some time every few hours to just stop what you are doing and focus on something else – it could be anything from talking to someone next to you at work to going for a short walk outside. Just make sure you return to what you were doing!
