Have you ever noticed that there are always people talking about how they spent their life living in passion, what kind of passionate lives they want to lead, and then there’s never anything mentioned about money?
I think this is because most people don’t really understand it. Many people seem to believe that making lots of money and being rich is the only way to truly enjoy your life.
But I’m here to tell you that this isn’t true at all.
You can have a passionate life even if you aren’t wealthy. In fact, having a large amount of wealth makes it much easier to live with less income than you do now.
This article will talk more about some easy ways to add passion to your life by spending money in different ways.
Develop good mental health
As we have seen, passion is an emotional state that can be sparked by many things. If you want to know what your true passions are, then look for them.
Finding your passion means learning more about it and trying to use it in different ways. This could mean doing something you already love outside of work, or exploring new areas of your job to see if there’s anything you were missing.
It also means being able to describe your passion clearly to yourself. You should be able to say “I am passionate about ___________ because I get excited when I think about it and I can talk about it for hours”.
Developing good mental health doesn’t just include living without sick days or paychecks – it includes looking after yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. This way you will be better at working hard and spending time on your dreams.
Understand your passions
It is very important to know what you love doing so that you can make time for these things, but also because it gives you an incentive to do other things. If you don’t feel motivated by something, then chances are you won’t put much effort into it.
You will lose motivation and momentum easily if you don’t look forward to what you are doing. Luckily, we have another bullel point below about how to find your passion.
So, keep reading!
Finding Your Passions
Understand what makes you happy and be honest with yourself about it. You should try to identify your strong points and areas of weakness in order to work on them.
By being aware of both of these, you will have some starting points to learn more about and develop your weaknesses.
Once you have found your passion, you need to understand why it made you happier than anything else. This will help you maintain your focus as well as motivate you to continue practicing it.
Practice does not necessarily mean spending hours every day doing your passion, but instead creating routines or milestones around it. For example, if you like painting, start by setting one hour each week to practice.
Hopefully this article has inspired you to explore new parts of your life and figure out what loves you and what doesn’t.
Connect your passions with your goals
Now that you have an understanding of what your passion is, it’s time to connect those two together.
Your goal as a student should be to help you achieve your educational goals. But before you can do that, you must know yourself well and figure out how you learn best.
By doing this, you will find your ideal learning style. Once you identify yours, you can use it to hone your skills and knowledge in your area of weakness!
This way, you won’t need to spend too much time studying things that you don’t like, because you’ll already understand them. You’ll also be able to skip those boring classes or lessons that you feel no connection with.
Using your passion to study can save you a lot of money, and time so you can focus on more important things such as having a good social life.
Make it your life's goal
Now that you have your passion, make it your life's goal! This will take work and dedication, but you can do it. You are now at an important stage in your career where you need to decide how committed you want to be to this dream.
Running your own business is a lot of work, which is why most people don’t choose this as their number one passion. It is too hard!
But I’m telling you – investing in your dreams isn't necessarily easy, nor does it always lead to a healthy success. Just because something is difficult doesn't mean that it's not worth doing!
And while it may not turn out to be what you expected, you'll learn so much along the way - about yourself and others.
If you're willing to put in the effort, I believe you'll find that having your dream job leaves you with lasting satisfaction.
Do not get married
Finding your passion is a life changing experience. It changes how you feel about yourself, it can change how you feeling towards others, but most importantly, it changes what you want to do with your life.
By this stage of your life, you should have some idea what your career dreams are. If you don’t, then you should probably consider doing something else (or at least trying).
You will spend the rest of your life with your partner so making sure that you both agree on your dream careers makes sense.
And while having different dreams may cause stress at times, if one person doesn’t want to work in an office for example, maybe they should give up their own job and be totally dependent on the other person? Probably not a good recipe for success!
If you really love someone, you would make every effort to succeed together as a team, wouldn’t you? So why wouldn’t you try to inspire each other to pursue your dreams instead of forcing them upon each other.
Also remember that even though your dreams might differ, that doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy the fruits of your labor together afterwards. You could both choose to live modestly or earn less, or you could both decide to climb the ladder at your current employer until you are able to move onto more prestigious positions. Or you could both decide to remain in your current position until you retire.
Do not have children
If you do not want kids, there are many ways to stay child-free. You can be very honest with yourself as to why you don’t want them and stick to your decision, even if other people try to talk you into it.
There is no wrong reason to stay child-less either, but most of them relate to money or career.
A lot of people say staying at home and taking care of the house and kids is what they wanted to do, but then they find themselves struggling to make ends meet once their baby comes along. Or, they feel that family obligations take away from their career.
Alternatively, some parents struggle after having a kid and They don’t necessarily need all the help and resources that motherhood provides. A part of them wants to keep working and pursuing other things while also being a good parent.
If you know for sure that this is never going to happen and that you will always regret it, then it makes sense to choose not to have kids.
Move to the country
If you want to make your career as an artist or musician, then you need to move to the city. You will have to give up on your dreams if you don’t like engaging with people outside of your own culture.
As artists, we connect with other people through our craft. As such, it is very important that we understand how to use our skills as musicians, writers, designers, etc. to interact with others.
This isn’t always easy when there are lots of distractions in urban areas. There may not be many parks, for example, nor green spaces where people can go to relax.
It can also be difficult to find out about new developments, trends and artworks in the area. In fact, some parts of town may feel more focused on consuming than producing things.
The best way to develop your artistic talent is by exploring different styles, techniques and mediums. This doesn’t just mean looking at what already exists but also trying new ways of doing things.
Start a business
Starting your own business is something most people have always wanted to do. But with the cost of owning a business, there can be a lot of pressures to give up before you even start.
Running a business takes a lot of time, energy and money. It’s easy to get discouraged when you don’t see many other businesses like yours around.
But sometimes life gives us opportunities that we should just take advantage of immediately. This includes opportunities to run your own business!
If running your own company has been a dream of yours for a while now, then it’s time to make it a reality. You deserve this thing if you've really want it!
It's totally possible to run your own show without too much investment. In fact, I would say it’s more than likely that you already possess all the necessary ingredients.
