There are certain things that you can do to enhance your productivity to make sure that you accomplish more in a shorter amount of time.

However, I don't think that you can always accomplish your task by using the same or a similar routine.

Certain things need to be tried out. These are my top productivity hacks.

The aim is to get the system on autopilot, so you can spend more time on the task that you are actually trying to do.

An app can make you focus on a certain task. By using an app, you can assign a time for each thing that you need to focus on.

Like we stated earlier, there are certain things that we have to do and there are certain things that we don't have to do.

As I stated before, if you don't have time to focus, then you don't have time to focus.

Use a timer for each task. It can help you focus on each task for a specified amount of time.

When you are organized, you will be able to complete several tasks in a shorter amount of time. There are several places that you can organize your stuff.

For example, you can put your clothes in a plastic bag, so that you won't get to see them. The idea is to empty the cupboards.

You can organize all your documents in proper order. You can do the same thing with your important documents like phone and social media data, or even pictures.

This will help you to organize your home and make it clean and organized.

5. Write lists

Lists are one of the most efficient tools that you can use.

This is because lists help you to prioritize the task and also make it possible for you to identify the tasks that you need to accomplish.

Create lists based on your tasks. It will help you to not forget anything.

This is because you have a list in front of you that will remind you of the tasks that you need to complete.

This is very simple and easy to use.

6. Break the tasks into smaller tasks

Once you know the structure, break it into small tasks that can be completed in a time-boxed period.

You can set it for one hour, two hours or three hours.

To remind yourself, you need to check the app's settings.

You can set the app to remind you to call your mother or to visit your doctor, which will help you to accomplish those tasks in a very short period of time.
