I understand that there will be people who have health and body care issues that make them feel compelled to consume every sweet they can get their hands on.
I have been in a similar position, and, on top of that, I’ve tried to eliminate sweeteners from my diet to ward off any potential issues that could occur.
While I have noticed great improvements in my overall health, there are people out there with serious issues with their teeth, with their intestines, and with their digestive systems.
When you take away sweeteners, sugar, and other ingredients, these problems do seem to resurface.
The point is that these issues aren’t all “health” related. If you have any kind of a sugar or carbohydrate addiction, you will find ways to feed that addiction.
When you read things like this, you’ll likely wonder if these people simply need help. Well, this is a far better solution.
The solution that they need is the solution that they need. They need help, not a ban on delicious desserts.
If you’re in no rush, have coconut!
First of all, let me say that there’s a common misconception about coconut. It’s not just that you have to eat coconut for your health.
That’s a small thing. That’s a large thing. If you’re living off of coconut for your health and your body care, you’re just going to be furthering the problems that you already have with your health.
If you want coconut oil, if you want coconut water, if you want coconut milk, all of these can be made into delicious desserts.
Just don’t think that all coconut is the same. Coconut milk can be had in a huge variety of ways.
This is an example of a dessert that I just put together for a podcast that will be released on February 22nd. It’s called “Banana Mash”.
I made this for my father-in-law, who is undergoing oral surgery and is going through the things that are necessary before you can undergo dental surgery.
You can use the mashed bananas that you make into this to make ice cream, or you can put them in your smoothies.
If you make it into the smoothie, you’re still getting a healthy dose of healthy fats. If you put it in your ice cream, you’re still getting healthy fats.
If you bake it, you’re getting the benefits of good fats as well.
Reducing sugar consumption is not all bad
I know that eliminating sugar and other refined carbohydrates will make you very sad like you’re losing your best friend.
But there’s no need to be upset about it. There’s no need to beat yourself up over it.
Just remember, sugar is not inherently bad for your body. It’s just a source of energy that we need to live.
It can be used in a lot of different ways. You just have to know how to use it the right way.
There’s nothing wrong with just eating plain old sugar, in moderation. Just make sure that you understand why you’re doing that.
You’re doing it for your health. You’re doing it because you want to feel good and you want to be happy. Don’t go beyond that.
Think about it. How often do you really truly enjoy plain sugar? Don’t get me wrong.
I’m a huge fan of sugary desserts. I’m a big fan of all desserts.
I’m just going to say this, to save time. If you can just eat sugar in moderation, then your body will thank you for it.
For example, if I want to have a scoop of ice cream, I’ll take one half-cup of sugar.
If I want to have a simple cup of coffee, I’ll put in half a teaspoon of sugar, depending on the sweetness of the coffee.
I’m going to do this to stay within my diet, and just have a small amount of sweetness in my diet.
But I will have a lot of my other healthy fats and healthy protein to balance that out.

The more fat that we consume, the better off we are, in all aspects of our health.
When we consume enough fat, our body stops craving other foods. When our body stops craving these other foods, our health continues to improve and our energy levels increase.
Eat foods that are good for your body. Choose high-quality fats, choosing nuts, seeds, and grass-fed meats.
Eat foods that are balanced and satisfying. Avoid foods that are low in calories and packed with sugar. Avoid foods that are made with refined, processed ingredients.
Spend more time working on your diet. Not less.
